James Bater find the 'blondes'

I have worked with James Bater for just over a year, initially renovating his Daiwa TDX boat rods and now on a commission for a new rod to target conger. Late March '19 saw this blonde ray, in the region of 20lbs taken on his TDX on a productive day trip.
