These terms and conditions relate solely to the Accessory section of our web site and do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Ordering your item
Simply place your order via the Contact Us page. Enter your details and the accessory you are interested in purchasing. We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours by phone or email to discuss your requirements and agree your order. All prices are shown in £ sterling. We reserve the right to change prices and product details without notice. Prices are not subject to VAT.

 

Payment Method
Payment can be by internet banking, BACS or cheque.  Paypal invoicing can be arranged however this is subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

 

Delivery Timeframe
You can expect to receive your purchase within 14 days of ordering, subject to cheque clearance.  Any accessory ‘made to order’, for example the luxury rod tubes, delivery will be discussed with you at the time of your order.

 

Postage & Packing

The majority of our products are made to order resulting in postal/courier fees covering a fairly wide range of prices.  We will advise each client the cost of delivery of their goods prior to confirming the order details.  Purely as a guide to our pricing structure, listed below are our starting delivery prices.

Items up to £50.00 - Royal Mail 1st class ‘sign for’ service from £3.75p

Items over £50.00 - Royal Mail special delivery is charged from £11.45p

 

Courier fees start from £7.65p 

  • Larger items and multiple items will be shipped via courier service and price will be advised at time of order/despatch.

  • We will endeavour to use the most competitive priced form of shipping for your item(s).

  • If P&P exceeds stated values then we will contact you before shipping.

  • Next day delivery is expected but not guaranteed.

  • Carriage on International shipping will be discussed at time of order.

 

Returns Policy
Any accessory that doesn’t 100% delight you can be returned within 14 days unused and undamaged and will be refunded however we’ll ask you to pay the postage.

 

If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for example we despatch the wrong accessory or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any postage costs you may incur. If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to Contact Us. We will be more than happy to assist in effecting a speedy resolution on any event within our control.
